Jordan arrived at Sage Lodge at 3:30 PM, two hours before the 5:30 PM ceremony, to set reception equipment and ceremony sound. The timeline then moved through live prelude music, the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, introductions, speeches, formal dances, and an open dance floor through midnight.
The couple also added an extra hour before the wedding, extending the celebration through 11:59 PM. That kind of change is common at destination weddings: the entertainment plan has to be structured enough to protect the important moments while staying flexible enough to adapt.
A ceremony and reception built as one sequence
Stillwater Strings began the ceremony prelude at 5:00 PM. The ceremony started at 5:30 PM, followed by cocktail hour and live strings. At 7:00 PM, RMF transitioned the event into dinner music as the reception doors opened and guests were seated.
At 7:10 PM, Jordan introduced the newlyweds into the reception to their selected entrance cue. Dinner, speeches, the first dance, parent dance, anniversary dance, and the opening of the dance floor followed in sequence.
